Finisher Icebreaker, now what? Evaluation and Feedback Project

An egg is an egg, an evaluation is a feedback, but not all alike

Next week I will tell more about it in my London club, as I was asked to explain. Perhaps, indeed the next Project is a bit more confusing then all the others, because there are three tasks and three times you have to speak in one Project?

If the question was, still have to understand "how I close Icebreaker" the answer is in yesterday's post. I will not show again here, how to signal inside the Self Assessment After that any project is finished.

It is clear and easy usually, but not with the Evaluation and Feedback Project, when we have three different tasks to be done, one after the other in different meetings.

1) Give any speech any style, the best we can. Listening carefully to feedbacks.
2) Give the same speech again, incorporating some of the specific feedback
3) Offer a feedback, understanding well now how important is a specific evaluation

I had some discussion last week with someone who wanted to do it in different order, it would not have the same effect. We really understand well the 3rd and offer a specific new kind of evaluation when just finished the 2nd speech and struggled to incorporate feedback we got and realized how much could improve our speech.

Have already evaluated? Great! You can evaluate again, but this time, please not out of order, but the order the project ask you. Then, not only we understand better, but give a good example to others how it has to be done.

The difficulty is also that THIS time, we can not go to Self Assessment After, before we finish all the three tasks! Only then can and have to tell Base Camp: finished.
