With a lot of friends and long time online pals, meaning we already knew each other from many months, some more then three years! I went a bit here and there, not always in a straight line. My point was there, but not so clear a bit lost in different stories I told. Plus, this audience, with three Pathways Guide and Ambassadors, Pathways enthusiasts, did not want to be convinced, most already where. Paul suggested to me later, I could try the 1 point, one story, 1 point, 1 story.
Carole offered me a great feedback on the spot and proposed to meet me through Zoom to discuss what as a Pathways Guide she thinks is most needed. While I was very "inspirational" I did get lots of time off the straight line to tell a story from my life. So the meaning was some times lost in it. Even if the main message was clear: when you are a step ahead others, you are the "Expert": go into Pathways as fast as you can!
Paul, after send me an email with a lot of details in a long letter. Sudha who just gave a day before her Pathways Icebreaker at Zaldy's Emperor she joined. A day later we did my first video, with me coaching her how to close a project and print or save the second. I got new friends and a new request to hold a Panel with many questions and answers.
As a Panel manager, I will speak little, the Panelist too, most will be our answers to the Audience questions. That will help to tailor the content to the present audience needs and interests.
It is not at all, not to make mistakes but learn from them, then find a way to do different, new, get new ideas, isn't it?
